Dinotopia (2002) TV miniseries review

Oh, Hallmark Channel shows, how I love to hate thee most of the time. Out of all the Hallmark’s scifi and/or fantasy series (which is only a few), Dinotopia is the only one I actually enjoyed.

Ex Machina (2015) SPOILER FREE movie review

Movies like The Terminator made the concept of artificial intelligence cool, brutal, and somewhat scary, while warning us of the danger they could pose. Birdman (2014) movie review

Birdman is directed by Alejandro Inarritu and stars Michael Keaton, Edward Norton, Emma Stone, and many other A-list actors. It won the Academy Award for Best Picture for 2014, and I only recently saw it for myself (since it’s Oscar season and all). Is it really deserving of such a high honor like all the ‘top critics’ and the Academy says it is?

Gladiator (2000) movie review

I apologize for the little hiatus throughout the month. But I am back and ready to get into reviewing movies (and more) on a regular schedule. Reviews will be coming every Monday and Friday and/or Saturday. Here, we’re going to take a look at yet another movie that makes me tear up more than once. I’m seeing a lot of those kinds of films recently, aren’t I? This is Ridley Scott’s Gladiator.
